​Package Handling Fees: 
The Hotel must have prior notification of all incoming packages. All packages must be addressed to the Banquet Department marked with the name of the on-site contact person and the date of the program (March 23-27). The client is responsible for shipping Instructions and payment of any packages shipped. All unlabeled materials will be discarded after 3 days.  

The following fee structure applies: 
1-10 Packages (s) (under 25 lbs) Complimentary 1-10 Packages (s) (over 25 lbs) $10.00 per package 1-10 + Packages $25.00 per package Pallets $ 100.00 per pallet Storage for packages received (5) days before first day of event $75.00 per day

Individual Call-In – Please contact the Hotel Direct, Toll-free 1-800-222-8733 or via Fax at 404-238-0016. Individuals should identify his or herself using the name of the group block to receive the discounted group rate. Once an individual reservation has been made, any changes should be made directly with our Group Reservations Department. A credit card number or 1 night’s advance deposit will be required to secure a room out of this block. Cancellations must be received 48 hours before arrival or 1-night room and tax will be assessed.
