Package Handling Fees: 
The Hotel must have prior notification of all incoming packages. All packages must be addressed to the Banquet Department marked with the name of the on-site contact person and the date of the program (March 23-27). The client is responsible for shipping Instructions and payment of any packages shipped. All unlabeled materials will be discarded after 3 days.  

The following fee structure applies:

RIDESHARE COMPANIES (UBER/LYFT)

Domestic Terminal
Rideshare pickups occur in the North Economy lot. Passengers will proceed through North baggage claim for access to the lower-level escalators located between doors N2 and N3. Once downstairs, follow the orange signs to the Economy lot and request a ride only after arrival at the pickup location. 

International Terminal
Rideshare pick-ups occur on the arrival level outer curb. Exit out of the A1 or A2 door and proceed straight across the crosswalk for your selected ride.

Currently, there are only two Rideshare Companies authorized to pick up from the airport. The two companies are Uber and Lyft. To utilize these providers you must have their apps on your phone.

LOCAL PUBLIC TRANSIT/BUSES

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) operates Atlanta’s local public transportation system.

Hilton Garden Inn Buckhead guests can utilize MARTA from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport for just $3.50 each way. Simply take the North Springs train from the airport terminal and exit at the Buckhead Station, which is just 1½ blocks from the hotel. When exiting the Buckhead Station, head right to the next street light and turn right, the hotel is on the right.

RIDESHARE SHUTTLES

Domestic Terminal
All shared-ride shuttles are picked up on the Shared-Ride Shuttle Aisle, outside the Ground Transportation Center/West Curb area, located on the west end of the Domestic Terminal. Local Shared-Ride Service Providers are normally located between stalls 1-3. Regional Shared-Ride Service Providers are normally located between stalls 4-8 (Map: Shared-Ride Location ) Contact the below listed companies directly to ask questions or make reservations.

International Terminal
There are limited services provided by Shared-Ride vans from the International Terminal. Please get in touch with the company, in advance, for specific details. Shared-Ride shuttle service pick-up is located outside, on the arrival level, to the right of the A3 door.

TAXIS

Domestic Terminal
Taxicab service at the Domestic Terminal is located in the Ground Transportation Center/West Curb, immediately outside and between the W-1 and W-2 doors. (Map: Domestic Taxi Loading Stall )

International Terminal
Taxicab service at the International Terminal is located on the arrival level outside the A-1 door. (Map: International Terminal Pickup Areas)

Fees
A set fee applies between the Airport and the central business district. A special per-person rate applies for two or more passengers.

Taxi Fee Structure – Atlanta Business District
Flat rate zone to and from the Airport. $2 charge for each additional person. An initial airport usage fee of $1.50 will be added.

Fuel surcharge:
Once the gasoline price for regular unleaded fuel has averaged between $2.90 and $4.39 over a 14 consecutive day period according to the AAA published data, there shall be imposed a fuel surcharge of $2.00 per trip.

Once the gasoline price for regular unleaded fuel has averaged more than $4.40 over a 14-consecutive day period according to the AAA published data, there shall be imposed a fuel surcharge of $3.00 per trip.

Individual Call-In – Please contact the Hotel Direct, Toll-free 1-800-222-8733 or via Fax at 404-238-0016. Individuals should identify his or herself using the name of the group block to receive the discounted group rate. Once an individual reservation has been made, any changes should be made directly with our Group Reservations Department. A credit card number or 1 night’s advance deposit will be required to secure a room out of this block. Cancellations must be received 48 hours before arrival or 1-night room and tax will be assessed.
